Delivery timeline and charges?

We deliver nationwide and take 3-5 business days for all orders. Standard delivery charges apply.

Maximum & minimum burning time for candles?

Maximum 2 – 4 hours at one time to avoid large flames and over heating of the jar. Minimum 45 min – 1 hour to make it melt evenly to avoid tunneling

How long does the fragrance last?

We keep a strong fragrance load using high quality oils. However, some blends are milder than others for example forest floor will be milder than berrylicious

Do you customize blends and packaging?

we customize our products for you. A unique fragrance can be created, packaging can be designed according to your requirement. However, we do not white label our products for any company/private bulk order and we do not customize less than 15 items. For customizations on bulk orders, please fill out the form given on our website, our representative will contact you for further details

Is there a discount on bulk orders?

Yes! Pricing on bulk orders can be reduced. Please contact us for further information.
